Response

A key part of the Radius platform and an excellent marketing tool is the shortcode and keyword response system. The call to action means the user texts a word to a 5 digit code to activate the system. Our platform will log the request and can automatically action several requests from the account. From simple call back services to more advanced IVR integrated call back for call handling and call handling. If the user sends in an email address we can automatically send an email with a pdf attached, please see example below.

Bulk SMS Send

The bulk SMS send platform gives the user the ability to market to existing and potential customers through SMS. Facilities within this platform mean that the user can upload batches of numbers or use existing one which have been captured within the Radius system.
